This makes me so sad… why can’t we celebrate Halloween like the American’s do?
I agree Sally, my wife and I always have treats ready as the kids make an effort. I wish we’d stop making them all out as a nuisance!
Tomorrow I’m buying my wife a black wig to complete her fancy dress so she can take the kids trick or treating. Let’s try and see these occasions as an opportunity to be a community.
I agree, most kids that go trick or treating are good kids accompanied by parents and they are having fun not creating havoc! I will have my pumpkin in the window and sweets at the ready tonight!
